Your Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for sales and consulting activities in the Unified Communications/Team Solutions environment
- Acquiring new customers
- Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships
- Conducting needs analysis and providing on-site consulting
- Giving product presentations to customers
- Product selection and preparing offers
- Planning and executing projects in the Unified Communications/Team Solutions environment
- Optimizing processes in sales, customer orientation, and improving customer service
- Continuously expanding and strategically developing the sales territory
- Managing administrative tasks
- Handling pre-sales tasks in the media technology sector
Your Qualifications:
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience in Unified Communication & Collaboration (Microsoft Teams)
- Experience in video communication (e.g., Poly, Zoom, StarLeaf, Cisco)
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
- Excellent teamwork skills and an independent, meticulous approach to work
- Self-reliant and structured work style
- Interest in modern media technology
- High level of communicative competence, strong planning, and organizational skills

- Confident demeanor
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
