Your Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for sales and consulting activities in the Unified Communications/Team Solutions environment
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships
  • Conducting needs analysis and providing on-site consulting
  • Giving product presentations to customers
  • Product selection and preparing offers
  • Planning and executing projects in the Unified Communications/Team Solutions environment
  • Optimizing processes in sales, customer orientation, and improving customer service
  • Continuously expanding and strategically developing the sales territory
  • Managing administrative tasks
  • Handling pre-sales tasks in the media technology sector

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Experience in Unified Communication & Collaboration (Microsoft Teams)
  • Experience in video communication (e.g., Poly, Zoom, StarLeaf, Cisco)
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
  • Excellent teamwork skills and an independent, meticulous approach to work
  • Self-reliant and structured work style
  • Interest in modern media technology
  • High level of communicative competence, strong planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong drive and motivation
  • Confident demeanor
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Valid Class B driver’s license
